Occupational health · Clinics & wellness
Social media and video for an occupational-health company — from almost no presence to reels peaking at 318,000 unique views in a single week, with no paid media behind any of it.
On Site Medical works in occupational health and industrial medicine, where the buyer is another business and trust is the whole sale. Workers’ comp costs and on-site care are hard to explain clearly online, and a brand that looks absent is a brand that does not get shortlisted.
They had a strong model and real job-site outcomes. What they did not have was a starting point, a content direction, or a repeatable way to show up — across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Real outcomes on the job site, nothing that showed them online.
Four channels running, hundreds of thousands reached organically.
On Site Medical is a Scottsdale-based occupational-health company that brings the clinic to the employer: on-site and industrial medicine, injury care and the workers’ comp cost control that goes with it. It is a business sold on outcomes — fewer recordables, lower claim costs, crews back on the job faster — and those outcomes were real long before anyone was posting about them.
The problem was that none of it travelled. A decision-maker researching the company found a website and not much else, and in an industry where the buyer is an HR director or a safety manager who shortlists quietly before ever picking up the phone, an absent brand is a brand that loses on trust it has already earned.
They came to us in September 2025 with no content direction and no system for showing up. Within weeks the job sites, the clinicians and the cost stories were being filmed and cut into short-form video across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a weekly cadence they could count on rather than a burst of posts and a lull. Reach built on its own from there, with no paid media behind any of it.
In October 2026 the Phoenix Business Journal named On Site Medical to its 2026 Fastest Growing Companies in Arizona list, with the ranking to be revealed in November. The growth is theirs; the job of the content was to make sure the market could see the company that earned it.
A steady managed feed on Facebook and Instagram.
Video productionOn-site shoots cut into short-form social content.
Channel development on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn; on-site filming cut into short-form video; and the messaging work that turned job-site stories and cost-saving outcomes into content a decision-maker can follow.
Built organically, with no paid media behind any of it. The reach figure is the one the client cares about: it is the number of people who saw the work without a budget pushing it.
Results shown are specific to this client and are not typical. What any business gets back depends on its market, its budget, its pricing and how it handles the leads it receives. Nothing here is a guarantee or a projection of what your business will earn. Figures cover a defined period and we will walk through how each one was measured on the call.

However much or little we run for an account, it reports to one place. No chasing numbers across platforms to find out whether the work is landing.
SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Meta, social, video and the website all feed Pulse — leads, calls, spend and traffic in one place, updating as it happens. It is how an account stays accountable instead of being described to you once a month.
Every account we run gets one, with a login of their own. No monthly PDF, no waiting on a report — the numbers are there whenever they want to look.
